Move your rental records to Rentari

Set up properties, existing tenants and leases, then verify balances before changing payment instructions.

Before you start

  • Export needed records from the previous service and keep signed agreements and current balances. Choose a cutover date and check existing autopay arrangements.

Set up the real rentals

Create the properties and units in Rentari and inspect full addresses and unit labels. Use the tenant and lease workflows to add existing occupants to the correct rentals.

Preserve agreements and balances

Upload the existing lease or use the appropriate document workflow. Review lease dates, rent, deposits and outstanding charges against your exported records before creating schedules.

Prepare payment collection

Complete Rentari’s collecting-account and bank-destination setup. Compare scheduled charges with payments already made and coordinate stopping old autopay before beginning a new authorization.

Invite and check renters

Review portal invitations and confirm each renter sees the intended lease and charges. Verify saved records and the first payment statuses before relying on the new workflow.

Check the result

  • The rentals, leases and reviewed balances are ready for a controlled change to Rentari.

FAQs

Will my TenantCloud, Rentler, Azibo or TurboTenant login automatically work here?

No automatic transfer or shared sign-in is promised. Create or use your Rentari account and preserve the needed records from your old provider.

Do stored cards, bank credentials or screening reports transfer?

Do not assume they do. Rentari requires its own secure payment authorization and appropriate document access. Ask support about a specific supported import before uploading an export.
