Pilot modes

One dial decides how much Rentari.ai runs on its own.

Rentari.ai never moves on a tenant, a vendor, or a dollar without a record of who asked for it. Pilot mode is the single setting that decides whether the AI waits for your tap, runs on its own, or does both depending on the action. The same audit trail in every mode, and you switch any time.

Co-pilot

The AI drafts every move, then waits for your tap.

In Co-pilot, nothing reaches a tenant, a vendor, or a bank account without your okay. The AI prepares the move, lays out what it plans to do, and waits. You read the draft, then approve, edit, or decline. It is the place to start a new account and the place to keep a high-stakes portfolio.

Every action drafted and held for your approval
Approve, edit, or decline before anything sends
Best for new accounts and high-stakes portfolios
Mixed

Routine actions run themselves. Judgment calls find you.

Mixed is set per action. The everyday moves you trust run on their own, and the ones that need a human come to you instead. Set it once, then flip a single toggle on any action any time. It is where most landlords end up.

Set the mode per action, not all-or-nothing
Routine runs itself, judgment calls come to you
Change a single toggle any time
Autopilot

Every routine workflow runs end to end.

In Autopilot, Rentari.ai runs every routine workflow start to finish. You get an email after each action and a daily digest, so you can see exactly what ran. Nothing is hidden, you can pause Autopilot in one tap, and you stay free to change what runs next.

Every routine workflow runs end to end
An email after each action, plus a daily digest
Pause Autopilot in one tap, change what runs anytime
Always yours to decide

Some decisions always wait for you. The record is the same in every mode.

Whichever mode you pick, the big calls are reserved: eviction filings, refunds, and any contract a tenant or vendor signs. The AI drafts and prepares them, but never sends them on its own. The audit trail does not change between modes either, so every draft sits beside your decision, timestamped and exportable, and you can pause Pilot mode in one tap, then change what runs next.

Evictions, big refunds, and signed contracts always wait for you
The same timestamped, exportable audit trail in every mode
Pause Pilot mode in one tap, the audit trail stays the same
FAQ

Pilot mode questions

What are the three Pilot modes?
Co-pilot, where the AI drafts every move and waits for your tap. Mixed, where routine actions run themselves and judgment calls find you, set per action. And Autopilot, where Rentari.ai runs every routine workflow end to end with an email after each action and a daily digest. Every plan ships with all three modes, with no upcharge for any of them.
Are any decisions always reserved for me?
Yes. Whichever mode you pick, some decisions are always reserved for you: eviction filings, refunds, and any contract a tenant or vendor signs. The AI will draft and prepare them, but it never sends them on its own.
Does the audit trail change between modes?
No. Every AI draft sits beside your decision, timestamped and exportable, even in Autopilot. Compliance is the same too: approved leases, FCRA-correct screening, and state-specific notices. You can pause Pilot mode in one tap, override any decision, and take back any auto-action that has not yet sent. Pending approvals expire after seven days by default.

Your co-pilot, never your autopilot. Unless you want it to be.
