For a photo or file that will not upload, use mobile upload troubleshooting for the workspace you are using and keep the original file. Selecting a file, completing its upload and submitting the intended request are separate steps. Check the saved record before retrying, and keep private document contents out of general support screenshots.
Landlords and tenants.
Landlords and property managers review their rental work. Tenants view balances, use available payment options, report maintenance and follow messages. Vendor accounts use the website, as described in the current iPhone release.
For renter steps, use Pay your rent, Request a repair or Message your property manager. Confirm the correct rental and review the existing payment or request before retrying. A draft, processing payment or phone notification is not a completed payment, confirmed repair or reply from your manager. Follow the controls offered in your app or the website and check the saved result.
