Insurance records, ready for review.
Keep a tenant's declarations page, policy details and review together. AI can help read visible details from the document; check them and enter missing information. Follow renewals with configured reminders. A reviewed record does not confirm active coverage with the insurer.
Built for landlords who collect proof and review insurance requirements with their tenants.
- Policy documents
- Details to review
- Renewal follow-up

Bring the rental, applicant and lease details into the same conversation.

Review the information, terms and documents before taking the next step.

Keep the paperwork and follow-up close to the property they belong to.

Follow renewals with configured reminders.
Default renewal windows are 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before the recorded end date. Reminder settings control enabled channels and timing; scheduled checks use the accepted record and account for a reviewed renewal. Keep failed or missing delivery separate from a completed follow-up, and confirm coverage questions with the insurer.
Record the requirement, then follow the evidence.
Where the lease and applicable rules permit an insurance requirement, record it and explain the required proof. Eligible leases without an active or pending-review record can receive missing-policy reminders at days 7, 14, 30 and 60 after lease start, subject to enabled email settings and delivery. AI-assisted or entered details need your review against the uploaded document; an upload alone does not satisfy every requirement.
Renters insurance walkthrough
From a requested policy to a reviewed record.
A three-step example of collecting and reviewing a tenant's proof of coverage.
Step 1 · Set expectations
Record the requirement.
Confirm the applicable rules and lease terms, then tell the tenant which coverage details and documents you need.
Example: proof of coverage requested for Unit 2.
Step 2 · Collect the document
Add the declarations page.
Collect the tenant's policy from their chosen insurer and add the proof of coverage to their record.
Example: policy document received and awaiting review.
Step 3 · Review and follow up
Check the policy details.
Review the named insured, rental address, coverage, and effective dates. Follow up on missing information and keep the reviewed record with the tenant.
