Do I need to be a Rentari customer?

No. Tell us how you reach landlords and why Rentari would be useful to them.

How much can I earn?

Commission terms are agreed individually. Your written agreement defines the amount or percentage, eligible referrals, earning period and payout terms. There is no published standard rate or guaranteed income.

How are referrals tracked?

Your unique referral link and code help us attribute signups. Your agreement defines attribution rules and which referrals qualify.

When and how will I be paid?

Our team reviews commissions and arranges payouts manually. Payment timing, method, any minimum and the treatment of refunds or cancellations are set out in your agreement before you begin.

Is there an affiliate dashboard?

There is no self-service affiliate dashboard at this stage. Contact our team for referral and payout questions.

What can I share?

Use the channels and materials agreed with our team. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, use accurate product claims and avoid unsolicited messages.

Can a real estate agent introduce an investor client?

Yes. Help the client review Rentari features, current plans and the rental guides against the work they intend to manage. Let the client choose their account and plan. Sharing a public link does not grant access to their portfolio or authorize you to act for them.

For an affiliate introduction, use only the referral link, code, materials and incentive terms agreed with our team after approval. Confirm any client discount or referral reward before offering it, and disclose your affiliate relationship.

Does applying mean I am approved?

No. Applying does not create a partnership or entitlement to commissions. Wait for our team's approval and your written agreement before promoting Rentari as an affiliate.
