How does the AI rank applicants?
It scores income-to-rent, rental history, and completeness against the minimums you set, and shows the reasoning behind each score. It never auto-rejects without showing why, and the final decision is always yours.
Can I charge an application fee?
You choose whether to collect an application fee and how much, within your state's limits. You can also accept applications free and only pay when you run a screening report.
