How do I connect my bank?

Open connected accounts in your Rentari workspace and choose the bank-linking flow. Stripe Financial Connections handles the connection for supported institutions.

Will my bank be available?

Search for your institution when linking an account. Supported accounts and refresh timing depend on the bank and connection. If a connection is unavailable, you can use CSV import or a manual account.

Can I use a CSV instead?

You can import bank transactions from a CSV or add a manual account. Review the imported details before booking or matching transactions.

Is a suggested match already confirmed?

A suggestion gives you a record to review. Check the amount, date and property before confirming a match in your account.

What if a transaction has no match?

Check whether the expense or payment already exists. You can review its category and property, select a record or leave it for later.

What does the statement difference show?

The statement check compares the statement ending balance with the opening balance plus the transactions marked cleared. Review any remaining difference before locking the period.

Is bank reconciliation included on the free plan?

Bank feeds and reconciliation require a paid plan. Manual expense tracking and overview charts remain available on every plan.
