Request a repair

Describe a repair, choose its urgency and entry preference, then track the recorded request.

Know the affected room, what is wrong and whether entry is permitted while you are away. For immediate danger, use emergency services rather than waiting for a portal response.

Open the request form

Open Maintenance and choose Add a new request, or I would rather fill in a form.

Empty renter maintenance workspace with a control to start a repair request.
The sample account has no repair requests yet.

Describe the issue

Enter What is wrong, Tell us more and Where. Choose Category and How urgent, then review Someone may enter to fix this when I am not home.

Add relevant repair photos

Use Photos (optional, up to 6) to choose JPEG, PNG or WebP images up to 8 MB each. Wait for each photo to show Ready, or use Retry or Remove for a failed upload before sending.

Submit and follow the request

Choose Send request and read the result. Review All requests and its Open, In progress or Done filters for the recorded request.

Check the result

  • A successful submission adds a request to the list. A recorded request does not confirm an appointment or that the repair is complete.

FAQs

Luna wrote a repair summary. Has a request been created?

Not until the final filing action succeeds. Review the proposed details, submit when ready and check All requests for the recorded request.

Where can I attach a photo to this form?

Use Photos (optional, up to 6) in the request form. Choose JPEG, PNG or WebP photos up to 8 MB each and finish or remove uploads before sending. Uploading alone does not file a request; confirm the final submission and recorded request. For a later update, identify the existing repair when contacting the landlord through Inbox.
