Update your renter account settings
Edit contact details, emergency contact, employment information, and account preferences.

Check the account email and rental shown in Account settings. Have accurate emergency-contact information before editing that section.
Save your contact details
Open Account settings. Under Your details, edit your name, email, or mobile number and select Save my details. Wait for Saved or read the error before leaving.
Review contact and employment sections
Use How we reach you for Text alerts. Under Who to call in an emergency, edit the contact and select Save this contact. Where you work has its own optional employment fields and save action.
Manage your password
Use the Password section to enter your current password and the new password twice, following the requirements displayed on the form. Submit the change and read the result.
Check the result
- Each successful form displays Saved or Changed for that section. Saving contact details does not submit emergency-contact or employment changes.
FAQs
Why did changing my email affect my applications?
Applications are matched by a verified email address. An email change clears the previous verification; complete verification for the new address and ask the leasing team about an application linked to the old one.
I saved my name. Why did my emergency contact not change?
The sections save separately. Use Save this contact for the emergency-contact form and check its own Saved result.
