Check the mobile recipient and message in the application invitation flow.

Choose the rental and the applicant’s correct email or eligible phone. Each co-applicant needs their own identified record.
Check the available channel
Open Invite renter to apply for the correct rental. Use Text only when the flow offers it and the recipient is eligible; review the phone number and any required consent.
Read before sending
Review the text preview or invitation summary, including its rental link and recipient. Correct the draft before submitting.
Follow the application separately
Read the channel’s recorded result after sending. Return to the applicant record to check actual application progress, which is separate from message delivery.

- The recorded text outcome and the applicant’s submission state can be checked separately.

Can I send text when the flow only offers email?
Use the eligible channel shown. Do not assume a mobile number on a profile makes every application invitation eligible for SMS.
Does a delivered text mean the application was submitted?
