Before you start
- Use the authorized applicant record and your consistent rental criteria. Documents can contain sensitive financial information.
Open the application
Select the applicant and review the income answers and attached documents. Check that the files belong to that person and the intended rental.
Review the evidence
Read the relevant dates, income period and document contents. Inspect any provider result actually returned and record a missing or unclear item through the application’s normal follow-up route.
Ask for clarification
Request additional proof through the intended secure upload route when necessary. Keep document review separate from the applicant decision and required notices.
Check the result
- The submitted evidence and any remaining clarification are identified on the application.
FAQs
Does an uploaded document pass Snappt verification automatically?
No such result should be inferred from an upload. Read the provider and status actually shown; another platform’s Snappt integration is not a Rentari guarantee.
Can an AI or screening summary replace document review?
Review the source information and limitations. A summary does not make the rental decision or establish that a document is authentic.
