FAQs

What if the reporting window has closed?

Use Report it as maintenance for a new issue and tell your landlord when you observed it. Keep your own records; the closed form does not decide responsibility for damage.

Why is there no report form although I moved in?

Check whether your account has a linked lease with a start date and whether the displayed window is open. Ask the landlord to review an incorrect lease association or start date.
