Open the existing request
Follow its secure invitation or the screening action associated with My applications. A report-only request may start from its invitation even without a full rental application.
Review the authorization
Read the information and consent requested. Enter your own details in the secure form or provider flow shown. Do not send an SSN or identity document in ordinary support chat.
Complete the requested steps
Follow payment, identity and provider instructions in the order presented. Return to the existing request after any interruption rather than creating another one.
Check the status
Read whether the request is awaiting payment, awaiting identity, processing, under review or complete. Contact the leasing team with the request reference if it cannot continue.
Check the result
- The existing request records the completed steps or identifies what remains.

Can the landlord complete identity verification for me?
No. Complete your own identity and consent steps. A landlord’s request is not your authorization.
Why does my completed application still show a waiting report?
Application submission and screening are separate. Check which step the existing report request is waiting for before paying or submitting again.
