Review duplicate lease profiles before removing a draft

Identify which lease contains the real participants, charges and signed documents before changing duplicates.

Compare the profiles

Open each lease profile and review its setup progress, tenant list, charge history, documents and signing status.

Keep the active history

Identify the profile used for the current tenancy and its payment and signing records. Do not recreate those records merely to tidy the list.

Use an eligible removal action

For an unused draft, use the delete or archive action only when the profile offers it and after reading the confirmation. Ask support to review duplicates with linked financial or signed records.

Check the result

  • The active lease history is preserved and an eligible unused draft can be handled separately.

FAQs

Can I merge two profiles by deleting one?

Deleting a profile is not a merge. Check every linked record first; use support for duplicates that contain activity.

Are a lease profile and lease agreement the same?

The profile organizes the tenancy and its charges. The agreement is a document associated with that workflow. Check both before deciding a duplicate is unused.
