Review billing and manage your subscription
Check your plan, renewal date and invoices, and understand what happens when you cancel renewal.

Use the account that owns the subscription and check the current plan status and renewal or end date.
Distinguish subscription receipts from rent-payment records; Billing Method is the card used for the account subscription.
Review Billing
Open Settings > Billing and read the plan status and renewal or end date shown.
Update the subscription card
Under Billing Method, choose Change card. Enter the requested details and select Save card when the form is available.
Find a receipt
In Receipts, locate the date and description you need and use its download control.
Review plan changes
Choose Manage plan and review the offered change or cancellation controls and their effective date before confirming.
Account access, feature plans and separate charges
You can review public help without signing in. Creating an account, choosing a subscription and paying for an individual service are separate actions. Read the current Pricing page and the price shown before confirming a purchase.
Review the plan and renewal date in Settings > Billing. Accounting access follows the account’s current permissions and plan; opening a guide does not start a second subscription. Screening, payment-processing charges and other separately priced services may have their own checkout.
Before changing plans, compare the features you actually use against the current offer. The amount and effective date displayed in your account are the applicable details; this article does not fix a permanent price or promise every feature is included.
Check the result
- A successful card update is reflected in Billing Method; a plan change has its own status and effective date to review.
- The selected subscription receipt downloads from its row in Receipts.
FAQs
Why can I not save a new billing card?
The card dialog shows an availability message when the payment service cannot start. If it starts but reports an error, review that message and try again when the service is available. Do not treat the card as changed until Billing shows the updated method.
Does cancelling the plan remove my next rent charge?
Subscription billing and tenant rent charges are separate. Review the subscription end date in Billing, and manage rent charges through Payments. A subscription cancellation is not a rent payment, refund or charge adjustment.
Does a subscription include every transaction or screening charge?
Check the current plan description and each checkout. Subscription billing, rent payments and separately priced services have different records and may have different charges.
