Attach the correct image, document or supported video to the intended conversation.

Choose the renter
Open Messages and select the intended renter conversation. Check the person and rental before writing.
Attach and review
Use the attachment control and choose a supported file. Wait for its upload result, check the displayed filename and remove an incorrect attachment before sending.
Send and verify
Send the message and inspect the conversation for the sent text and attachment. Read any failed-send error before retrying.
Check the result
- The intended renter’s conversation shows the sent file after a successful send.
FAQs
Does selecting a filename send the file?
No. The composer draft and upload result are separate from the final sent message.
Does this submit a maintenance request?
A conversation attachment is a message. File or review the actual maintenance request separately when a repair needs tracking.
