Open the tenant’s Insurance view as a landlord, or Renters insurance as the renter. Confirm the person and rental before replacing proof.
Upload the new document
Use the offered upload or replacement action. Review the actual insured name, address, policy dates and coverage, then attach the supported PDF or image.
Check the new review
Save the new proof and inspect the document and history. The landlord reviews the new version; an earlier approval does not establish approval of the replacement.

Does uploading a new file change insurance with my insurer?
No. Obtain the actual corrected or renewed policy from the insurer and upload its proof separately.
What if the new proof still shows the old address?
Request corrected insurer proof and upload that document. Do not change the image to imply coverage the policy does not provide.
