Is How will you collect rent? the missing rent billing selector?
No. Set up rent collection can save Payments through Rentari and Methods outside of Rentari preferences, subject to readiness. These choices do not change tenant payment access, rent billing or autopay. Review existing monthly charges before creating another Rent charge, because that separate action can affect the lease billing route.
Why is the renter seeing an autopay-unavailable message?
Charge-billed rent can make standard autopay unavailable. Review the lease billing arrangement with support rather than directing the renter to an absent switch or promising that saving another bank account will enable it.
