Review your recorded repair ratings and open finished work that is waiting for feedback.

Before you start
- The repair must be in a finished state and linked to your account. Check the actual work before rating it.
Review existing feedback
Open Your reviews and read What you rated. Each item shows the repair, contractor label, rating and any recorded comment.
Open work awaiting feedback
If the page shows finished jobs still to rate, choose Rate the work to return to Service Requests.
Rate the correct repair
Review the repair, enter the offered rating and feedback, and check the result after submitting.
Check the result
- A successfully recorded rating appears in the repair and reviews history. Pending work remains separate from finished work ready for feedback.
FAQs
Why is a repair absent from jobs to rate?
It may still be open, may already have a rating, or may not be linked to your account. Check Service Requests and ask the landlord about an incorrect status.
Can I edit a rating in Your reviews?
No edit control is available there, and the signoff handler keeps the original rating. Contact the landlord if you need to clarify earlier feedback.
