Resolve a 403 Forbidden page error
Check your session, account role and the exact denied page.
On this page
Note the page URL and exact symptom. Save available drafts and keep any invitation or request reference before changing browser data.
Identify the denied page
Record the URL and error wording. Open Rentari from its known address rather than repeatedly following an old private or shared workspace link.
Check account access
Confirm the account email and intended role, then use the appropriate signed-in navigation. A landlord page, renter page or another portfolio’s private record can require different access.
Report the persistent block
If the correct page still fails after a normal sign-in and reload, send support the URL, approximate time, device and visible error. Do not send cookies or passwords.
Check the result
- The denied URL, intended account and persistent access error are identified for recovery.
FAQs
Does 403 mean a record was deleted?
No. It indicates an access refusal, which needs to be distinguished from missing data or a wrong account.
Should I disable security to bypass the error?
Use the correct account and supported recovery path. Do not bypass browser or account security protections.
