Use the maintenance assistant and review its advice

Review the assistant’s repair summary and next-step guidance against the actual request.

Have the reported issue, photos and access information. For immediate danger, use local emergency help rather than waiting for a portal reply.

Review the request

Open the maintenance detail and inspect the tenant’s description, photos and any assistant conversation attached to the request.

Review the recommendation

Read the assistant’s summary, likely cause, urgency explanation and suggested next step. Compare them with the facts before arranging work.

Act and give feedback

Use the request’s normal update, coordination or work-order controls for the next action. Use Helpful, Not helpful or Run again when appropriate for the assistant response.

Check the result

  • The landlord has reviewed the advice and chosen a separate, appropriate repair action.

FAQs

Does the assistant diagnose the property or hire a contractor?

Advice is based on reported information and can be wrong. Review the issue and use the actual work-order or contractor workflow; a recommendation is not proof someone was dispatched.

Does Rentari include TurboTenant’s Thumbtack maintenance service?

Use the contractor or partner options actually shown in Rentari. Do not assume another platform’s partnership or managed repair service is included.
