Find a rent deposit missing from your bank
Trace the payment through clearing and payout to the intended destination.
On this page
Sign in to the authorized landlord account and select the intended person and rental.
Check payment status
Open the rent charge and inspect Payment details and its tracker. Confirm the tenant payment succeeded rather than relying only on a tenant message.
Check routing and payout
Review the charge’s saved payment destination, legal entity and purpose. Inspect the payout’s current state and masked bank details, then compare them with the intended bank account.
Investigate the unresolved stage
Read any verification, failed payout or return message. Use the offered recovery action or contact support with the payment reference, expected destination and relevant dates.

|---|---|
| Payment | The original payment’s status and reference. |
| Routing | The charge’s selected destination and account readiness. |
| Payout | The recorded amount, arrival estimate and status, when available. |
| Bank | The matching posted deposit or an unresolved bank issue. |

FAQs
Is a displayed estimate a guaranteed deposit date?
No. Follow the current payment and payout state; clearing, reviews, weekends and bank processing can affect arrival.
Will changing the default bank move a processing payment?
Do not assume it does. Review the destination saved on that payment; a routing change does not redirect an already processing payment.
