Use Track listing to review publication

Inspect each rental destination and open the recorded public listing.

Open Marketing for the exact property and unit. Have the outside listing URL available if you need to check another website.

Select the exact unit

Open Properties, choose the rental and open Marketing > Track listing. Verify the full address and unit before reading its records.

Read each destination row

Check Destination, Recorded status and Last posted. Open the external listing URL when the row provides one and compare it with the saved rental.

Refresh and investigate

Choose Refresh records to request current records. If a destination is missing or outdated, record its status and link and inspect the listing’s blockers before contacting support.

Check the result

  • The destination row and its public page can be compared for the exact unit.

FAQs

Does Refresh records republish the listing?

Treat it as a status check. Follow the separate publication action when that is needed.

Is the external link guaranteed to remain live?

The destination controls its public page. Open the link to confirm current availability rather than relying only on an earlier posted time.
