Update your renter contact information
Save your own name, email or mobile number and check the account result.

Check the account email and rental shown in Account settings. Have accurate emergency-contact information before editing that section.
Open Account settings
In the renter portal open Account settings > Your details. Confirm the current account before editing name, email or mobile.
Save your details
Enter the intended contact information and choose Save my details. Read the result and check the saved fields.
Check related contact settings
Review How we reach you and Text alerts separately. Update an emergency contact through Save this contact; changing your email can require new verification.
Check the result
- Your details shows the saved contact values and any required email verification.
