Report a concerning rental listing

Provide the actual listing and concern without sharing sensitive application information.

Keep the public listing URL and relevant messages. A public listing concern can be reported without submitting a rental application.

Record the listing

Keep the public listing URL, advertised address and unit, and the concerning message or detail. Avoid sending money or credentials through an unexpected link.

Use the available report path

Use the listing’s report control when offered, or open Rentari Help and contact support with the URL and a clear description of the concern.

Keep relevant records

Preserve messages and receipts related to the concern. If a bank or card event occurred, contact the provider through its known channel and identify the original transaction.

Check the result

  • The report identifies the actual public listing and concern without private credentials.

FAQs

Does a report automatically remove the listing?

Do not assume that. The concern needs review; a submitted report is not a removal confirmation.

Should I include identity documents in the report?

Provide the listing and relevant public facts. Do not attach identity numbers, passwords or full payment credentials.
