FAQs

Why does My Lease show no document?

A lease record and a shared document are separate. Ask your landlord to share the correct document even if the rent and dates are already visible.

The summary differs from my signed lease. Which do I report?

Send your landlord the exact field and the corresponding term in the signed document. Ask them to review the recorded lease details; do not assume the summary changed your agreement.
