Check when someone applies to your rental
Find a submitted application and distinguish it from an invitation or draft.

Choose the rental and the applicant’s correct email or eligible phone. Each co-applicant needs their own identified record.
Check Applicants
Open Renters > Applicants and select the correct rental. Clear search and property filters if the person is not visible.
Read the person’s status
Open the applicant’s profile and review the application status and Renter journey. An invitation or draft is different from a submitted application.
Confirm the applicant identity
If the record is missing, ask which rental and email the person used. Check your notification preferences, but use the saved applicant record to confirm submission.

No. Check the applicant’s recorded status directly even if a notification was filtered or disabled.
Does a completed pre-screener count as an application?
No. Review the separate application record and its submission state.
