Ask about a rent payment arrangement

Discuss a payment schedule with your landlord and distinguish partial payments from rent financing.

Before you start

  • Have the charge, remaining balance and the arrangement you want to discuss. Check the due date and lease terms.

Review the amount due

Open Money and inspect the charge breakdown, any Processing amount and Payment history.

Ask your manager

Use the charge-question or message route to explain the proposed amounts and dates. Keep a written record of any agreed arrangement and use the offered payment-plan workflow if one is provided for your lease.

Pay against the correct charges

Follow the saved arrangement and available partial-payment controls. Check each payment’s status rather than assuming a message or requested plan paid the rent.

Check the result

  • You have a reviewed arrangement or a clear outstanding request, with payments checked separately.

FAQs

Does Rentari include Livble rent financing?

This guide does not offer Livble enrollment or a financing guarantee. Rentari charge and payment-plan controls should not be treated as a loan or a third party paying your landlord.

Will asking for an arrangement stop late fees?

A request does not change the saved lease or charges by itself. Ask the manager how an approved arrangement affects the amount owed and review the recorded result.
