Report a suspicious rental listing
Keep the listing evidence and ask for a review before sharing more information or money.
On this page
Keep the full listing URL, rental address and the message that concerned you. Avoid sharing sensitive identity or payment information with an unverified contact.
Check the source
Open the exact listing and compare its address and contact details with the rental you intended to view. Be cautious about unexpected links or requests to leave the normal application flow.
Preserve useful evidence
Save the listing link, message dates and screenshots of the issue. Keep the original messages rather than only a paraphrase.
Request a review
Use Contact support and identify the listing, concern and your role. If you manage the rental, include the legitimate listing link and explain the suspected copy.
Address any payment exposure
If you already sent money or credentials, contact the relevant bank or account provider promptly and follow its recovery process. A listing report does not itself reverse a payment.
Check the result
- Support has the exact listing and evidence needed to review the concern.
FAQs
Does filing a report immediately remove a listing?
No. A report requests review. Check the response and actual listing state; do not assume removal or a finding before review.
What should I leave out of the report?
Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full bank details or unredacted identity documents. Support can request suitable evidence through an appropriate channel.
