Select the tenant
Open the intended tenant’s Insurance view and confirm the rental. Choose Upload Policy for the actual policy you received.
Review and attach proof
Use a PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 25 MB. Convert HEIC when needed. Check the insured name, address, coverage and dates before saving.
Save and review
Choose Save policy for review and inspect the saved document. Complete the separate policy review action and check its resulting status.
Check the result
- The tenant’s insurance record contains the uploaded proof and its separately checked review state.
FAQs
Is uploading proof the same as purchasing a policy?
No. Upload the insurer’s actual proof for the tenant. This action does not buy or change insurance coverage.
Does landlord upload automatically approve it?
Check the separate review result and history. Saving the file alone is not verification of current coverage.
