Fix display, browser or loading problems

Recover a stuck or hard-to-read page while preserving unsaved work and account access.

Note the page URL and exact symptom. Save available drafts and keep any invitation or request reference before changing browser data.

Try a normal reload

Refresh the page once and confirm the network connection. If a save or payment was in progress, inspect the existing record before resubmitting.

Check the display

Reset unusual browser zoom and review your device text/display scaling. Use a supported up-to-date browser. Keep the accessibility settings you need and report layouts that remain unusable.

Isolate a browser problem

Try another supported browser or a private window. Sign in through the normal Rentari address when required. Compare the same page and record.

Clear site data only when needed

Use the browser’s privacy/site-data settings to remove Rentari cookies and cache, then sign in again. Record needed draft details first.

Send a focused report

If the problem persists, provide the page, device, browser, time and exact error, with a redacted screenshot when useful.

Check the result

  • The page works again or support has enough context to reproduce the problem.

FAQs

Should I keep clicking Save while the page is stuck?

No. Reload the existing record and confirm the outcome first. Repeated attempts can create confusing or duplicate work.

Does clearing cookies remove my account?

No. It removes local browser data and can end your session. Account deletion has a separate explicit workflow.

What should I do about a 403 or access-blocked page?

Record the exact URL, time and displayed message. Verify you are opening the intended Rentari route and sign in when required. If the error persists in a current browser, contact support with those details. Do not bypass a browser certificate or security warning.
