Before you start
- Identify the reminder category, recipient and timing you want to change.
Ask about tenant reminder configuration
Contact support with the reminder category and the schedule you need. For emails sent to you, use Notification preferences under Settings, Advanced.
Check the result
- The request identifies the missing reminder controls. Viewing notification settings does not confirm any tenant reminder was sent or rescheduled.
FAQs
Why does my reminder bookmark open Account?
The legacy reminder address redirects through Settings, and the current Account page does not contain the old reminder configuration card.
Does this mean all automated reminders have stopped?
No. Missing configuration controls do not tell you whether a scheduled run occurred. Ask support about the specific recipient, reminder category and expected date.
