Prepare household information privately, then publish it to selected residents.
On this page
Open the correct lease and prepare accurate access, utility, contact and property information. Keep sensitive access details limited to intended residents.
Start the guide
Open the lease Home Guide and choose Customize home guide. Start from Rentari information or reuse an available guide. Reused access credentials are left out.
Review the draft
Edit pre-filled sections and add relevant welcome information. Check every address, contact and instruction. Save the draft and inspect it.
Choose sharing
Use Review sharing or Manage sharing. Select the residents and review each section’s visibility and start/end dates.
Publish the reviewed version
Use the publishing control after checking the content and recipients. Reopen the guide to verify the published state.
Check the result
- The published snapshot and its resident access match your reviewed choices.
FAQs
Can I reuse another property’s access code?
Do not assume copied information is correct. Access credentials are excluded from reuse; enter and verify only the details intended for this rental.
Why can a resident not see a section?
Check the published version, selected resident, section visibility and active dates. A saved private draft is not the resident’s view.
