Customize pre-screener questions
Save up to four relevant custom questions and preview the renter form.
On this page
Open Renters, then Leads, to see your contacts, auto-send status and public questionnaire link. Use Manage questions if you want to preview or customize the form.
Open Manage questions
Open Renters > Leads and choose Manage questions from the questionnaire banner. Review the existing questions before editing.
Edit the draft
Enter up to four open-ended custom questions. Read any validation message and revise the indicated question. Delete question or clearing a field changes the draft.
Save and preview
Choose Save questions and read the result, then preview the form. Share the public pre-screener link after checking the saved wording.
Check the result
- The preview shows the custom questions you saved.
FAQs
Do these settings change rental application questions?
No. Application questions have their own Settings > Application page.
Will old answers show my new question wording?
Existing completed answers keep the original wording of the questions that person answered. Preview a new questionnaire to check the latest saved questions.
