Choose the right public link
For a listing, open the rental’s public preview. For a questionnaire, open Leads and expand Share pre-screener link. Check the rental and use the public link rather than a signed-in preview URL.
Copy or prepare the share
Use Copy link to paste into your intended message. For Email or text listing, select the prospect and eligible channel, then inspect Review share.
Check the sent result
Send the reviewed message and inspect Share history for the built-in flow. Opening a phone share sheet or copying a link does not confirm a message was sent.
Check the result
- The public link opens the intended listing or questionnaire, with any built-in send result checked separately.
FAQs
Is a pre-screener link an application invitation?
No. The questionnaire, rental application and screening request have different purposes and completion states.
Can I share my landlord page URL?
Use the public renter link. A signed-in workspace page can require access the prospect does not have.
