FAQs
Will this save a rent amount or change my accounting reports?
No. This calculator changes a browser estimate. It does not save a charge, change the lease or book an accounting transaction.
Why is income lower than the rent I entered?
Review Vacancy allowance and any other income inputs. The result uses effective income after the allowance, so it can be lower than the stated monthly rent.
Where do I enter applicant income or generate a late-fee clause?
Those controls are not part of the current cash-flow calculator. Review applicant information in Applicants and agreement terms in the lease builder.
