Review renters insurance proof

Check the uploaded policy against the rental and record a clear review decision.

Review the lease’s insurance requirement and have the declaration page. A saved requirement does not purchase coverage.

Open the current proof

Open the tenant’s Insurance view and read the uploaded document and review history. Confirm the rental and person.

Rentari tenant list with fictional demo residents and their rentals.
Choose the correct tenant and rental.

Check the relevant details

Compare the insured name, address, coverage dates and required coverage with the lease requirement. A file upload is not direct insurer verification.

Record the review

Choose Approve policy or Request correction with the reason. Inspect the saved result and request new proof when the document is incomplete, wrong or expired.

FAQs

Does Rentari automatically certify every uploaded policy?

Do not infer insurer certification from a saved file. Review the actual proof and recorded landlord review state.

Does an approved old policy prove current coverage?

Check its dates and any replacement proof. An earlier approval does not establish coverage after expiry.
