Rent payment settings with a seeded demo collection account.
Review your account settings for rent payments.

Enter the legal record

Review Legal name, Type, Formed in and optional DBA. Save and check the resulting entity record.

Complete provider verification

Use the entity’s setup or verification action. Complete the provider’s requested information and return to check the current status.

Review property and payment routing

Check the intended entity associations and available bank destinations. A saved entity name does not itself enable collections or route every charge.

Check the result

  • The entity is recorded and its collection readiness can be inspected.

FAQs

Why is the saved entity still unable to collect?

The provider may require verification or bank setup. Follow the readiness message rather than adding another duplicate entity.

Does this generate an issued 1099-K?

No. Entity records and issued tax forms are separate. Check the issued-form availability guide for the provider associated with the entity.
