FAQs

Why will Text alerts not turn on?

Save a valid mobile number under Your details first. If saving the preference fails, the switch returns to its prior state and displays an error.

Does turning off texts stop all rental messages?

No. The page keeps email separate and displays it as always on. Turning off texts does not remove messages from Inbox or cancel a lease obligation.
