Market a rental that is also for sale

Keep rental availability and publication details accurate when a property is listed for sale.

Have the property’s actual use, availability and address. Creating a property record does not guarantee publication on every listing site.

Confirm rental availability

Before publishing, confirm that you have permission to lease the property and that the advertised move-in date and rental terms are actually available.

Review the rental listing

Open the property and correct the rental price, description, availability and unit. Check each marketing destination’s requirements rather than assuming a for-sale listing qualifies it.

Update when plans change

If the property is no longer available to rent, stop its rental marketing. Check the public links and follow up with existing prospects about the changed availability.

Check the result

  • The public rental availability reflects the property’s actual rental plans.

FAQs

Does a for-sale listing automatically create a Rentari rental listing?

No. Save and review the rental details and publication separately.

Does Rentari override my broker or ownership agreement?

Review your actual permission and agreements before advertising. A saved property record does not establish permission to lease it.
