Open the tenant’s insurance
Select the tenant and rental, then open Insurance. Review the currently uploaded policy and its review state.
Inspect the document
Open the policy proof and compare the insured person, rental address, coverage dates and relevant coverage with the lease requirement.
Review the history
Check earlier uploads and review notes. Use Approve policy or Request correction when appropriate, with a clear reason for the actual record.
Check the result
- The current policy document, review state and history are visible for the intended tenant.

Does Uploaded mean approved?
No. Inspect the separate review state. A saved document is not an insurer confirmation or landlord approval.
What if the policy has expired?
Request current proof and review it. Do not treat an older approved document as proof of current coverage.
