Delete a property after reviewing its records

Review the effect of property deletion before confirming it.

Open the property action

In Properties open the intended property and choose Delete from its available actions.

Marketing screen showing a published sample unit and listing controls.
Review the publication status for the selected unit.

Read the deletion review

Check the property identity, linked records and any restrictions on the confirmation page. Stop if this is not the rental you intend to remove.

Choose the appropriate action

If you only want to stop advertising, cancel deletion and turn off marketing instead. If deletion is intended, complete the confirmation shown on the page.

Check the result

Read the final result and return to Properties. An error or interrupted request is not confirmation of deletion.

Check the result

  • The result identifies whether deletion completed for the intended property.

FAQs

Does deleting a property merely hide its listing?

No. It affects the property and its related records. Use the marketing status action when advertising is the only change needed.

What if deletion is blocked?

Read the specific restriction and resolve it through the relevant record workflow or support. Do not alter unrelated records merely to bypass the restriction.
