Review applicant roles and decision notices

Check the person’s role and the effect of a decision before recording it.

Identify the applicant and every other household member. Review the application and available screening evidence first.

Check the role

Open the applicant profile and review the recorded tenant or co-applicant role. Use an offered role-edit control only for the person whose role needs changing; contact support if the record cannot be corrected there.

Use the applicant workspace to find a rental application.

Review the decision form

Choose Make a decision. Read the selected option, reasons and notice requirements. Household members may need separate decisions.

Check the notice

Review any message or disclosure presented before Continue. Do not assume that an example from another platform describes Rentari’s exact email.

Confirm the recorded outcome

Read the result, reopen the profile and check status. Check the delivery outcome separately from the recorded decision.

Check the result

  • The correct person’s role and decision status can be reviewed without assuming a completed lease or delivery.

FAQs

Does changing a role add someone to a signed lease?

No. Lease participants and signature requests have their own workflows. Review those records separately.

Can I assume a denial email was received?

No. Check the send result and use the supported recovery path if delivery failed. A stored decision and delivered notice are separate facts.
