Report a repair without the app

Use a landlord-provided repair code when that reporting channel is enabled.

Before you start

  • Use the repair card or link supplied for your exact unit. The landlord and the service must have that reporting channel enabled.

Open the unit’s repair link

Scan the QR code on the card your landlord supplied. Confirm the displayed address and unit.

Describe the problem

Enter your name and what is wrong. Add your phone if you want a callback and review the permission-to-enter choice before submitting.

Check the result or use the supported text route

Read the submission result. If your card provides a supported texting number, include the unit code and problem in your message and follow the reply.

Check the result

  • A successful report creates a maintenance record for the resolved unit. A disabled channel or rejected code does not file a request.

FAQs

Why did a QR code that is still on the wall stop working?

The code or reporting channel may no longer be enabled. Read the notice and contact the landlord for the current reporting method.

Why does the text reply ask for my unit code?

The reporting flow may not recognize the sending number. Use the code supplied for your own rental so the report can be directed to the correct unit.
