Upload an existing lease document
File your own lease under the correct rental and choose its privacy and signature options.
On this page
Choose the intended version of the lease and the correct rental. Decide whether it should be private and whether this file actually needs signatures.
Choose the lease file
Open Upload a document, select the File and add a clear Title if needed. Choose Lease as the Category.
Check the rental and privacy
Select the correct Rental, or check the Filed under lease when you arrived from a lease profile. Select Private: hidden from tenants when the file should stay private.
Choose whether signatures are needed
Use Get it e-signed only if you intend to continue to signature preparation, then choose Upload. Review the resulting document entry or preparation page.
Verify the stored copy
Open the document from Documents and check its title, rental and privacy state. If storage is unavailable or the upload result is unclear, check the list before uploading the same file again.
Check the result
- The uploaded copy is filed in Documents under the selected rental with the chosen privacy state. Choosing Get it e-signed continues to preparation; upload does not run an AI lease audit.
FAQs
Where are the AI findings after I upload a lease here?
This upload page stores documents. It does not produce an audit. The separate AI lease audit tool has its own state selection, upload and result page.
How do I keep the uploaded agreement hidden from tenants?
Select Private: hidden from tenants during upload, then check the Private label on the stored document. Review the rental as well as the privacy setting.
What if the upload result is unclear?
Open Documents and clear its filters before uploading again. Check whether the intended file already appears and opens under the correct rental.
