Use Mozart in AI Assistance
Ask Mozart for help, review proposed actions, and check activity and standing rules.

Before you start
- Open AI Assistance in the correct portfolio and have the property or renter name ready. Check the automation mode before asking for a change.
Open AI Assistance
Choose AI Assistance in the sidebar. In Chat, enter a specific question in Message Mozart and select Send. Include the property or renter when that context matters.
Review the response and any proposed action
Check the information and editable details on an action card. Confirm a proposed change only when the recipient, property, amount, and requested action are correct.
Review automation and memory
Use Activity to inspect recorded actions, Autonomy to review the automation mode and pending approvals, and Memory to inspect standing rules.
Check the result
- A response or action card appears in Chat. For a confirmed action, its returned status and the relevant rental record show whether it completed.

A draft is not a delivery result. Review any action card, complete the offered confirmation only when ready, then check its status and the actual conversation.
What should I do if the answer uses the wrong property?
Do not confirm the action. Give the full property address and unit, correct the request, and review the new proposal. Open the source record when a fact is uncertain.
