Luna tenant questions

Use Messages to respond to a tenant; the previous Teach Luna editor is unavailable.

The dedicated Luna question-and-answer editor is not available in the current portal.Contact support

Before you start

  • Identify the tenant question or repair request you need to address.

Reply through Messages

Open Messages from the landlord sidebar, find the tenant conversation, and answer the question there. If it concerns missing home information, review the guide shared with that rental.

Contact support about question history

Use Contact support if you need help locating an earlier escalated question. Include the property and a brief description of the issue.

Check the result

  • You can use the current request and message records to coordinate the issue. The retired tenant-question workspace is not restored by opening the help guide.

FAQs

Is Ask Luna on Create maintenance request the same tool?

No. Ask Luna on that form proposes a request draft for the landlord to review. It does not restore the old tenant-question workspace.

How do I respond to an actual tenant issue now?

Open the relevant maintenance request and review its tenant contact and message options, or use your existing tenant conversation. Contact support about availability of the retired tool.
