Open Accommodation request and choose the type that matches the change you need. Complete the animal details only when they apply.
Describe and submit
Enter What you need, and what it is for. Review the text, then select Send this request.
Read the response
Check What you have asked for for the status, date and any landlord response.
Check the result
- A successful submission appears in the request list with its status. The landlord’s response is shown when recorded.

Why does the page require an active lease?
This portal form attaches a request to a linked lease. If the association is wrong or you are still an applicant, ask the landlord to handle the request through the appropriate channel.
Where do I upload verification after it is requested?
That upload control is not currently shown on this page. Ask the landlord for the appropriate way to supply the requested verification; do not assume a private document upload reaches them.
