Add a document after submitting an application
Send a pay stub, photo ID or other requested file to the leasing team.
On this page
Open the correct application. Prepare a PDF or supported image up to 10 MB; convert HEIC to JPG or PNG first.
Upload to the right application
- Open My Applications and find the correct property and unit.
- Expand Application details and documents.
- Choose the Document type and select your file. Supported files are PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC and WebP, up to 10 MB.
- Add an optional note explaining what the document shows, then choose Upload document.
- Wait for the message confirming that the named file was uploaded.
If uploading is unavailable
Closed applications do not accept documents here. Each application allows up to 10 active documents, and uploaded document history is not yet shown in the renter portal. Ask the leasing team about an existing upload before sending another copy.
Supply requested income evidence
Read the application’s requested document type and the period it needs to cover. Upload legible files that support the information you entered, then confirm they appear on the correct application.
A file attachment is not the same as a completed provider income-verification process. If the application presents a separate secure verification request, complete that request and review its status as well. Ask the landlord which evidence is acceptable if the requirement is unclear.
Check the result
- After a successful upload, the file appears in Supporting documents with its category. Open it to verify the correct file was attached.
FAQs
Why is there no upload form on this application?
Closed stages do not allow document changes. Ask the leasing team how they want to receive the requested information instead of starting another application.
Why is an eleventh document refused?
Each application allows ten active documents. Review the existing list and remove an unneeded document you uploaded when Remove is available, then upload the intended file.
Does uploading a pay statement automatically verify my income?
No. It supplies a document for review. A separate verification request has its own steps and status, and the landlord still reviews the application.
