Upload income documents and check their review status

Attach readable income proof to the intended application and confirm it was saved.

Choose the application

Open Applications and select the correct rental. Find the document or income section rather than uploading into a different rental’s document vault.

Attach readable proof

Upload the requested document with its relevant pages visible. Keep the original information intact and follow the control’s format and size limits.

Check the outcome

Wait for the upload result, then reopen the application and confirm the file appears. Read any additional request from the leasing team; an uploaded file is not an approved income-verification result.

FAQs

Does uploading a pay stub prove it passed fraud detection?

No. Upload, document review and a provider’s verification result are separate. Do not assume Rentari uses another platform’s Snappt service or scoring.

What if the file is rejected or I cannot add it?

Read the format or size error and use a supported file. If the submitted application is locked, ask the leasing team for the correct upload route instead of starting a duplicate application.
